August Johnson is an Idaho native and has been involved in real estate in the area for more than 16 years. He has lived in Boise since graduating high school in Moscow and received his bachelor’s degree from Boise State University in Finance in 2003. His mother was in Real Estate sales for more than 20 years and hisfirst job was mowing lawns for the active listings that her brokerage had on the market. He is also an artist and experienced entrepreneur with an eye for design and opportunity. August also has an ecommerce business selling goods on Amazon and is also a partner in a local Boise Company called Wandervans.

August was an MAI designated Appraiser in the valley before getting his sales license, with more than 14 years of commercial appraisal experience. August has in-depth experience with a variety of commercial property types including; residential development land, commercial land, building lots, residential condos, retail, industrial, office, and special purpose properties. August enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, and 2 beautiful daughters McKinley and Everly. He is a devoted husband and father, always finding fun ways to keep is girls entertained at home and while on camping adventures. He has made it a priority to get his family to the outdoors to experience all of the beauty that Idaho has to offer.
